Front Porch Project

 
 

Purpose:

  • Foster community, connection and rootedness through our Front Porch Project.

  • Creates much needed space for our Next Gen Ministries on Wednesday Nights.

  • Establishes an outdoor lobby where people are encouraged to linger and experience community on Sunday mornings and throughout the week.

Features:

  • Approximately 9,880 square footage

  • An outside amphitheater with LED screen and sound

  • Coffee Bar

  • Small group meeting space

  • Play area for children

  • Food truck parking for special events

  • Outdoor fans in the summer, heating lamps in the winter

Cost of Project: $2 Million

Kids Building Project

 
 

Purpose

  • Kids are a priority at Good News. This new Kids Building is a safe and secure environment for our families, housing our entire Kids Ministry under one roof.

  • Creative space uniquely designed to engage kids, encouraging them to grow in their faith, sparking excitement about being a part of the church.

Features:

  • Approximately 15,594 square footage

  • First floor dedicated to nursery and preschool space

  • Second floor dedicated to kindergarten - third grade, including classrooms and large group space

  • Third floor dedicated to our growing fourth grade students, featuring gaming space, break out rooms, and a theater

Cost: $6 Million

Ministry Center Project

 
 

Purpose:

  • Serve South Walton through our ministry center starting with a counseling center and then expanding to meeting more and more tangible needs all across our community.

  • This commercial space adjoining our campus is the perfect location to house Serve Sowal mission partners.

Features:

  • Approximately 8,430 square footage

  • Six bays of retail space becoming available to our partners in the next 2-5 years (possibilities for foster care, counseling, tutoring, non-profit office space, etc)

  • 40 additional parking spaces to be used on Sunday Mornings
